How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 7-day full-access trial: the complete dictionary, the AI tutor, and adaptive flashcards. No payment information is required to start, and nothing is charged during the trial.
How do I subscribe?
After your trial, you can subscribe to a Monthly or Annual plan from within the app. Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID.
How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple. On your device, open Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, choose duiduidui!, and change or cancel your plan there. Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.
How do I restore a purchase?
If you reinstall the app or switch to a new device, open Settings inside duiduidui! and tap Restore Purchases.
Does the dictionary work offline?
Yes. The full dictionary (including pinyin, definitions, and example sentences) works without a network connection. Audio is streamed on demand and cached for offline replay.
How do I delete my account or data?
Email privacy@duiduidui.app from the address associated with your account and we'll process your request in accordance with applicable law.
